Business Development Representive

As a Business Development Representative at Paragon Group, you are the catalyst for our growth. Your role is to initiate connections with potential clients across our portfolio of companies and set the stage for a successful sales journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement outreach strategies to connect with prospects across various platforms.
  • Generate your own leads in addition to utilizing the leads provided by us. When our leads run out, we expect you to take the initiative to source new ones.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and goals.
  • Arrange discovery calls to introduce potential clients to our service offerings.
  • Build a personal brand that aligns with our values and resonates with our target audience.
  • Follow our proven framework to guide conversations and interactions with prospects.
  • Commit to results and maintain a high level of accountability.

Expectations:
While this role offers the flexibility of remote work and independent hours, we place a high value on self-accountability. We expect our team members to dedicate a substantial amount of time each day/week to their responsibilities, ensuring a steady flow of work and continued growth for our portfolio of companies.

This is a high-ticket commission-based role. We offer base commission + monthly residuals + incentive bonuses. You will have the potential to earn from every deal you close across our portfolio, which includes a multitude of high-ticket services from companies like Mr. Motion, Paragon Digital, Soloprise, High-ticket.xyz, Bridgeway, OWTO, and more.

Account Executive

As an Account Executive at Paragon Group, your role is to convert the leads into successful clients across our portfolio of companies. You will be expected to close deals and ensure a smooth transition for the client into our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on leads, conducting discovery calls and understanding the client’s needs.
  • Generate your own leads when necessary, showing initiative and resourcefulness when our provided leads run out.
  • Present tailored solutions based on our diverse range of service offerings.
  • Address potential concerns and present Paragon’s portfolio as the ultimate solution for their digital needs.
  • Close deals with efficiency, maintaining a strong conversion rate.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth client transition and service delivery.
  • Encourage clients to opt for our long-term plans, which offer the best value.
